INTRODUCTION
There are many web sites available for researching international regulations, codes, and standards for the nuclear power industry. Although these sites can be rich with information, it can be a difficult task to locate and access these sites in a timely manner. This paper introduces the most significant web sources hosted by international governments, institutions, and organizations, that link source materials into easy to use indices for locating and accessing such information. The site selections were limited to countries that either have nuclear plants in operation or under construction. The selections were further limited to free web sites hosted in English that contain interesting and useful information. The top 14 most interesting and useful web sites identified to date for researching international regulations, codes, and standards are identified below. The first three sites provide general information on all international plants. The next 10 sites provide specific regulatory information by country in alphabetical order. The last site addresses and links the majority of all international regulatory sites that address nuclear power regulations, codes and standards.
